Personal Training

small Group Training (3-5 people)

  • These sessions are perfect for family, friends, or co-workers looking to have some fun doing a challenging workout program together and be healthier.

    • Sessions include a structured warmup, workout, cooldown, flexibility training, and fun games.

    • Exercises are mostly calisthenics (i.e. bodyweight) with some free weight (e.g. kettlebells or dumbbells) utilization.

Nutrition Coaching

  • Can be paired with your personal training package or done separately.

    • You will begin with a Goal Setting Session to lay out a roadmap and actionable steps toward success, and you will receive a nutrition guide to help you create a stronger framework for making sustainable nutritional choices.

    • Thereafter, bi-weekly progress check-ins will identify what went well, what still needs to be improved, and what the next action steps will be.
