I came to Adrian with the goal of losing weight. I had tried many different things, including HIIT classes and online nutrition, but I had never tried weightlifting or strength training because I was concerned about injury. Adrian was very thorough in assessing my current fitness level, my limitations, and my goals. He has his full focus on me when we are training, and he makes sure I’m doing each exercise safely and effectively.
